Hi everyone, welcome to Minha Casa no Mundo! Some friends of my BC class asked me to show in details how to cook Brazilian cheese rolls and today I'm going to tell you here my own recipe.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil
300g tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
300g Parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese
Pre-heat oven to 200 C. Boil milk and oil. In a bowl, put the flour and salt. Then, add milk and oil. Mix them very well. Add eggs and keep mixing. Finally, add cheese.
If the dough is too soft, just add more flour.
Make the rolls by rolling the dough on your hands.
After that, you can bake them for 20 min or freeze them to bake later.
This quantity is enough for 60 units.
Let's see the pictures!
I use this flour or cassava starch
3 eggs
Lots of Parmesan cheese. I prefer Parmareggio brand in stick
Full cream milk
This is a 200 ml glass with 2/3 of milk
And now with 1/3 of canola oil
Flour and salt
The dough after you add milk and oil
And the dough after you add eggs
Now also with Parmesan cheese
The dough should be looking like this
Make the rolls. Rounder than mine, please :)
